Modified Two-Week Test

For those who want to take the Two-Week Test, but are performing anaerobic training or are in their competitive season, the Two-Week Test can be modified. The only change in this version is that fresh fruits are allowed, but fruit juice is not unless it is during training or racing. All fresh fruits are allowed with the exception of those that are high glycemic: large bananas, watermelon, pineapple, and all dried fruit should be avoided.

When performing the modified version, follow the same guidelines as above for the Two-Week Test, using the allowable fresh fruits as desired.
