Almond Biscotti Cake
Grind 1 cup almonds (with some course pieces remaining). Mix in 5 eggs, a pinch of salt, ⅓ cup heavy cream or coconut milk, and ⅓ cup date sugar or honey. Pour into buttered dish and bake at 350°F for about forty minutes.
