Coconut Pound Cake
Melt 1 stick butter, mix in 4 egg yolks, ½ cup honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and ¼ teaspoon salt until creamy. Add 1 cup coconut flour and 1 cup water or more until it’s a smooth consistency. Whip 4 egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Top with cherry sauce, Very Berry Sauce, or lemon-honey mixture.
