Cabbage

Thinly slice or shred cabbage. Use raw for salads or toss with apple cider vinegar and salt for coleslaw (marinate for a day or two in refrigerator). For a side dish, sauté on low heat with olive oil and add ground caraway seeds, butter, and sea salt.
