Mushroom Paté

Sauté mushrooms, onions, and whole garlic in duck fat (or butter) until soft. Remove from heat. Add coarsely ground pecans, cashews, and/or walnuts, sea salt, and favorite herbs. Blend in food processor to desired consistency and store in a pan refrigerated. This is great warm and cold.
