Heal Thyself
The concept that the body can fix itself dates back to ancient times. From Chinese medicine to Hippocrates to modern science, it’s well known that the body is continually repairing itself. Something as minor as a bruise, cut finger, or other common injury usually heals up quickly without need for medical assistance—unless it gets infected. The healthier you are, the better and faster you heal.
