Fried Bananas

Peel and slice small ripe bananas. Sauté in coconut oil until slightly brown and caramelized. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with coconut and a pinch of date sugar (or coconut sugar).

Options: Keep bananas whole; drizzle with cherry sauce; top with whipped cream; combine with other favorite fruit—mango is especially nice.
