Flaxseed Crackers
Soak 1 cup of flaxseeds in 1 cup of water for 6-8 hours. Add salt and other favorite seasonings and mix well. The flaxseeds release a very sticky substance that holds the mixture together. Wet your hands to work with the mixture easily. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture on parchment paper and flatten out like a thin cookie. Dehydrate the crackers in an oven set at 180°F, outside in the sun, or in a dehydrator. Turn crackers over when top side is crispy. Dehydrate 4-8 hours until both sides are crispy.
