在2013年IBM数字化变革调研中,我们采访了15个国家中大约1100位业务和政府主管以及5000名消费者(下图,由于数据计算的四舍五入,汇总结果并不必定是100%)。而且还调查了30位著名的未来主义者。

各国的受访者

在本次高管调研的受访者中,42%是C级高管,其中首席执行官占10%。超过四分之三的消费者调研对象是在校大学生,其中68%的年龄为25~54岁。
