注释

我在下面所做的注释，采用了一种比通常的学术引用规则更为合理的方式。如果对我参考过的所有书籍和文章都进行详细引用，相关注释的长度可能和本书正文一样长。我认为这不合理，读者也不需要这么多注释，是掉书袋的一种表现。我对本书正文中做了引用的全部一手资料，以及在我看来非常重要、对我有重大启发意义的二手资料，都进行了注释。有些棘手的是，这本书是我过去三十年披览有关建国年代历史文献的结晶。如果将全部相关学术著作都列出来，单子不仅会非常长，而且也并不能全面反映这些著作对我对这一历史时期的解读所产生的学术影响。作为一个不完全的弥补方案，我在下面添加了相关注释，并对有关资料源加上了自己的评论，这使得这些注释看起来像是一个有关参考文献的介绍性文字。
